SEASONING: Depending on your usage, we recommend maintaining your board with seasoning butter or straight food safe mineral oil every 2-4 weeks. Avoid organic, vegetable, olive, and nut oils. The natural fats in these oils will turn rancid over time.

DO NOTs: Do not submerge your cutting board in water. Do not place your cutting board in the dishwasher. Do not store your cutting board wet (wipe it dry). If you do not have feet, after towel drying, final dry on edge to allow air to circulate.
